Information Summary

TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. All volunteers must be aged 18 years or older.
2. The acceptance and rejection of the volunteering application will be at the sole discretion of the festival committee.
3. Once accepted as the volunteer, he/she has to behave with maturity and has to understand their sense of responsibility towards the assigned duties.
4. The main mode of communication between festival management, organisers and volunteers will be emails and every volunteer should be available to revert to all the emails within 24 hours. They should be able to take calls in the case of urgency.
5. All selected volunteers should be available for training 3 DAYS prior the main event.
6. Once selected, all the volunteers have to sign the undertaking.
7. Lunch will be provided to the volunteers but it is advised to carry some snacks and water with them to the venue.
8. In case of the outstation volunteers, they have to make their own arrangements of stay and travel.
9. There is no financial remuneration for volunteering but we will be providing the letter of recommendation and the certificate of appreciation.
